At Hoodie From The Hood, every item is made to order just for you. Because of that, we keep our return policy simple and fair.

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Change of mind

Please double-check your size and order details before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Misprinted
  • Or incorrect

We’ll make it right.

To request a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Email: hoodiefromthehood@gmail.com
  • Include:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will send a replacement at no cost or issue a refund.

Lost Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it:

  • Check with your local carrier and neighbors first
  • If still missing, contact us and we’ll help investigate

We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After that, production begins and changes are not possible.
